Velvet revolution

20 years ago, in Prague, a student demonstration changed the history of the then-Czechoslovakia. Hundreds were beaten by the police –and are remembered today– but days later the communist government surrendered to the people. “The march set history into motion,” said Vaclav Havel, quoted by BBC News. There are still many things to improve, but there is room for it.
